      Using Twitter has been an interesting experience. Prior to this class I would only use twitter for the social aspects. Using it for a class allows you to actually gain some sort of knowledge. The benefits of using twitter as a part of this class are that you can learn new things that developing within the education realm. I get updates from the United States education department almost daily and it is interesting to read the facts that they post. 
       After completing the Web Design assignment I realized how easy it was to make a website. I have worked with Wix Portfolio before but I didn't remember how to use it. I liked how they have templates already designed for you, it makes the process a lot easier if you're not creative. The only issue I had was when trying to put boxes around text it would not let me edit the text after so I had to copy the text, delete it and create a new text box, which was frustrating. The next time I use Wix will most likely be for my future career and it will be really beneficial because it will allow me to attract clients for my job. 
Assistive and Adaptive technologies are actually really interesting and they're something that I was not familiar with prior. They are there to help students with disabilities to be able to use technology the way that they need it. For example a blind person could use a computer with auditory functions or braille. In the past I have never used an assistive or adaptive technologies but they could definitely be very useful in the classrooms. In the classroom the only challenges that I can see it causing is that kids who need the assistance may be too afraid to speak up and ask for it because of fear of what their peers would say.

The flipped classroom approach is when you give the students the material online before the class. This means that the students are able to learn the material before class. ILP “Design” – Google Classroom

I did my Independent Learning Project on Google Classroom. Google classroom is an essential educational tools for teachers especially when working with online courses. It allows you to post announcements, due dates, any classwork, and it includes a roster with all the students emails.
